Accubath sapphire wet etch tanks are high-temperature process baths designed to safely and reliably heat aggressive etch chemistries up to 300°C. They are used for demanding high-temperature wet etching steps, such as those involved in sapphire substrate processing, where quartz tanks cannot be used.
