Description

This is an igniter/heater assembly used within a semiconductor process chamber subsystem to bring a component up to a required temperature and help initiate a thermal or plasma process. It combines a resistive heating element with an ignition circuit so the process can reliably reach its start condition. Assemblies like this are kept as spares to minimize downtime on wafer processing tools when a heater element fails.
