Description

ATRON AC 205 is a low-foam, FAST Technology-based aqueous cleaning agent that removes flux residues from electronic assemblies, including power LEDs, flip-chip, CMOS, and BGA packages. Compared with conventional surfactant cleaners it offers a 3-10x longer bath life and shorter contact times while remaining gentle on solder joints, making it usable as a drop-in replacement in high- and medium-pressure inline or batch spray cleaning equipment.
