CIMControlFramework (CCF) is Cimetrix's established .NET-based equipment control software, used by equipment makers to rapidly develop semiconductor equipment control applications while maintaining a consistent code base across different tool types. It is the currently deployed predecessor to Cimetrix's newer ECF platform.
