ViscoTec's flowplus system monitors dosing pressure in real time using piezoresistive sensors that detect small changes in volume flow rate and convert them into electrical signals for process quality assurance. The product family includes the flowplus-SPT M6 miniature flush sensor (up to 40 bar with simultaneous temperature measurement), the retrofit-friendly flowplus16 Luer-lock sensor, and the flowplus-MONITOR QC evaluation unit with a 5-inch touchscreen, supporting dosing reliability in life science, electronics, industrial and photonics dispensing applications.
