Description

The LDA Series is a family of high-precision vertical linear stages from Zaber driven by non-cogging ironless linear motors, reaching speeds up to 800 mm/s with 1.5 micrometer positional accuracy, 200 nanometer repeatability and incremental steps down to 20nm via a 1nm-resolution linear encoder. Available with adjustable magnetic counterbalance options and USB or RS-232 connectivity, they are used for high-speed, high-precision vertical positioning in optical and inspection systems.
