Description

The LensColor Analyzer TFM-1 is a spectroscopic instrument for measuring the color and UV transmission of sunglasses, sun lenses, and medical lenses in about 1.5 seconds per lens. Built around a Carl Zeiss spectrometer module and a xenon flash light source, it reports results in L*a*b* and C*h* color coordinates in compliance with standards such as ANSI Z80.3 and AS/NZS 1067, and is used for quality control in lens manufacturing and tinting operations.
