Description

This is an external battery cabinet designed to extend the backup runtime of a Liebert (Vertiv) GXT4-series uninterruptible power supply. It houses a string of batteries that connect to the UPS via a battery cable, supplying additional backup capacity beyond the UPS internal batteries. Cabinets like this are used in data centers and other critical-power installations where longer runtime during a utility outage is required.
