Description

This is a totally-enclosed, non-ventilated (TENV) stainless steel washdown-duty electric motor, designed for food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or other sanitary processing environments where the motor must withstand frequent high-pressure washdown and exposure to cleaning chemicals. Its sealed stainless housing keeps water and contaminants out while resisting corrosion, and it is used to drive pumps, conveyors, or mixers in hygienic processing equipment.
