Description

The NEXIV VMZ-S Series is a video measuring system offering six optical zoom configurations, an 8-segment ring illuminator with three incident lighting angles, and a through-the-lens laser autofocus that scans at up to 1,000 points per second for height data. Available in three sizes (VMZ-S3020, S4540 and S6555) with XY strokes from 300x200mm to 650x550mm and 0.01 micrometer readout, it can detect transparent layers as thin as 0.1mm for micro-level dimensional inspection tasks.
