Description

Manual notch/flat finder used in semiconductor wafer handling to orient a wafer's notch downward so an operator can then rotate it to any desired position; it works with existing cassettes, keeps the patterned wafer surface from contacting the carrier during rotation, and uses hard-anodized aluminum components for durability.
