The Ortus 700 is a vacuum coating system using Plasma Ion-Assisted Deposition (PIAD), combining electron-beam evaporation with ion/plasma treatment on a 620mm dome substrate holder (plus 3x 250mm planetary holders), used to produce high-density optical coatings for laser optics, sensors, and imaging components.
