Chroma ATE's Regenerative Grid Simulator (covering the 61830, 61845, and 61860 models) is a high-power-density AC source used to emulate grid conditions for testing grid-tied inverters and power electronics. Housed in a compact 5U chassis, it can deliver up to 60 kVA and regenerates energy back to the grid rather than dissipating it, reducing test-facility power and cooling costs.
