Description

The Solstice Max is ClassOne Technology's high-throughput electroplating and wet-processing platform for 200mm and 300mm wafers, targeted at advanced packaging applications such as redistribution layers, under-bump metallization, and microbumps. The system is modular and field-extendible, scaling from 2 to 16 process chambers, and also supports solvent processing, wet etch/clean, copper RDL plating, RF/sensor gold plating, and emerging applications like hybrid bonding and glass interposers.
