VIGON A 200 is an aqueous, surfactant-free flux-removal cleaning agent based on ZESTRON's MPC Technology, developed for high- and medium-pressure spray-in-air inline and batch cleaning equipment. It removes a broad range of flux residues from electronic assemblies, ceramic hybrids, power modules, and lead frames while rinsing easily and leaving low ionic contamination suitable for subsequent wire bonding or coating steps.
