Description

The X-DMA-AEZ is a compact, direct-drive objective focus stage offering 50nm repeatability, 10nm minimum incremental moves and sub-15 millisecond move-and-settle times, at roughly one-third the cost of comparable piezo actuators. Its 77 x 100 x 30.5mm footprint and integrated controller with a 1nm-resolution linear encoder make it suited to high-speed Z-focusing in digital pathology, spatial biology imaging and semiconductor inspection systems.
