Description

The Atomflo 600 is Surfx's plasma controller and process hub, integrating an RF power supply, an auto-tuning impedance-matching network, three mass flow controllers (for argon, nitrogen/oxygen, and hydrogen-argon mixtures), and an 8-inch touchscreen computer interface. It powers and manages Surfx's atmospheric plasma sources for substrate cleaning, activation, and surface treatment.
