Description

HYDRON SE 220 is a single-phase, pH-neutral, water-based cleaning agent formulated for dip-tank cleaning in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing. It removes flux residues from leadframes, discrete devices, power modules, power LEDs, and flip-chip/CMOS assemblies after die attach, leaving activated copper surfaces for subsequent wire bonding or molding, and can be monitored in real time with the ZESTRON EYE system.
