Description

The M17LSB XL is the larger-work-area variant of F&K Delvotec's laser/wire-bonding hybrid system, combining laser ribbon welding with laser-TAB component bonding for power modules, battery packs, and RF/optical assemblies. It uses the same Fraunhofer ILT-developed process as the M17LSB L, enabling higher-current connections via larger conductor cross-sections with reduced clamping force and surface-preparation requirements.
