Description

The NEXIV VMF-K Series is a video measuring system with a confocal optical head that captures 2D and 3D height data simultaneously in a single field of view, using an LED light source rated for roughly 30,000 hours versus the 3,000-hour xenon lamps of earlier models. Offered in three stroke sizes up to 650x610mm to accommodate full 600x600mm panel-level packages, it is SEMI S2/S8 compliant and targeted at semiconductor applications such as probe card, wafer-level and advanced packaging inspection.
