Description

The P7000 is a single-wafer alloy-anneal system built on C&D Semiconductor's economical processing platform. It performs rapid thermal alloying of metal contacts on individual wafers, offering a lower-cost alternative to batch furnace annealing for back-end semiconductor fabrication. It is used wherever fast, controlled thermal cycling is needed after metallization steps.
