Description

This is a high-vacuum angle valve used to control gas flow or provide isolation within a vacuum line, mounted at a right angle to save installation space and terminated to an ISO flange standard for connection to a vacuum chamber or pumping line. It uses an actuated poppet mechanism to open and close the flow path while maintaining a vacuum-tight seal. Valves of this type are used throughout vacuum system plumbing in semiconductor, analytical-instrument, and research vacuum applications.
