ZESTRON FA+ is a solvent-based, halogen-free, and biodegradable cleaning agent for removing flux residues from electronic assemblies, ceramic hybrids, power modules, lead frames, and flip-chip/CMOS packages. Used in dip-tank (ultrasonic or spray-under-immersion) and centrifugal cleaning equipment, it offers long bath life and helps reduce void rates and improve surface quality ahead of underfill, wire bonding, or molding.
