Description

The LAZ-Serie is F&K Delvotec's line of laser bonders (DelvoLAZ, MegaLAZ, GigaLAZ), developed with the Fraunhofer Institute for Laser Technology, that laser-weld aluminum, copper, or nickel ribbons/tabs at low mechanical force for housing connections in power modules and battery pack assembly. The series covers working areas from about 1250 x 500 mm up to 2400 x 1600 mm and supports cell-to-module, cell-to-pack, and cell-to-chassis interconnection with tolerance compensation via sensors and pattern recognition.
